King mm 97 Wooden chess set Fischer design
Bobby Fischer had his own idea of chess proportions and whenever possible he preferred the horse to be slightly smaller than Staunton standards. This excellent "Fischer design" set with double weight and felted base respects the ideas of the American champion.
Boxwood chess set. The black pieces are painted black, with an ebonized effect. Supplied in a cotton bag.
Dimensions: King mm 97 (base mm 39). They fit 55/60 mm chessboards.
