How to order
LE DUE TORRI offers you the convenience of ordering online, with speedy and reliable no-hassle delivery directly to your home.
• How to add an item to your shopping cart
Go to the product page and click on the AGGIUNGI AL CARRELLO button and the product you wish to purchase will be placed in your cart.
• How to check the contents of your cart.
Position the mouse-cursor on CARRELLO at the top-centre of the page and you will see the current contents of your cart. You can choose between VEDI IL CARRELLO or PROCEDERE AL CHECKOUT.
The cart lists descriptions and prices for all the items chosen and you can change the number of items at anytime.
The total price is automatically displayed at the bottom of the cart. Using the cart is completely obligation free: at anytime you can add or remove a product as well as changing the number of items you would like to purchase.
Don't forget that if you change the number of items selected, you should click on the AGGIORNA IL CARELLO button so that you can see the recalculated price total.
• How to confirm your order
To confirm the product order, click on PROCEDERE AL CHECKOUT
Now all you need to do is follow the simple instructions that you are given. You should:
- Enter your personal details, which are required for the delivery
- Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, money order, post office account or cash on delivery[Italy only])
- Indicate if you require an invoice, and insert required invoice data
- Choose your preferred means of delivery
At this point you can either cancel the order or confirm it.
Note that cash-on-delivery payments are possibile only for deliveries in Italy.

• Email confirmation
Once you have placed the order, an automatic confirmation message will be sent to your email address. The message contains an order summary, with your personal details, item or items ordered and their number, and the payment and delivery methods you have chosen.
In the very unlikely event that you notice an error or any type of malfunction, please inform us immediately by sending a message to email@example.com or by telephone. We will then immediately take steps to correct the problem and provide you with any other assistance you require.
The price of all articles is given in euros and includes Italian sales tax (IVA).
Goods are sent the next workday after the order has been placed - from Tuesday to Friday - for orders that are paid for by credit card, PayPal or cash-on-delivery.
If you chose to pay with a bank transfer, money order or using a post office account, goods are sent as soon as payment has been received or after receipt of a fax or scan that shows documention demonstrating the payment has been made
If you choose to pay online by credit card, the amount due for the order will be charged at the moment it is processed by us (only after verification that all ordered goods are in stock).
Very rarely, it is possible that an item is no longer available.
In this event, you will be informed by email, and you can decide for the article to be sent separately when it becomes available , or for it to be removed from the order, or for the entire order to be sent once the missing item or items become available.
If you choose for a second parcel to be sent, Le Due Torri will pay for this.

Normal delivery: + 6.00 euros
No charge for orders above 70.00 euros
REGISTERED MAIL (within Italy)
Ordinary delivery time is usually a maximum of 6 work days.
Bulky parcels are delivered by courier even if the postal delivery option has been selected.
Delivery by express courier: + 9.00 euros
Corriere Espresso GLS (Italy only)
Usual delivery time: 24/72 hours.
Corriere Espresso BARTOLINI (Italy only)
Usual delivery time: 24/72 hours.
Courier delivery time usually ranges between 24 and 72workday hours depending on the location of the recipient.
95% of our courier-delivered parcels arrive within this period of time.
In the event of temporary difficulty (strikes, traffic congestion, local protest marches, absent recipient, access problems etc.) delivery might be delayed or postponed. LE DUE TORRI is free of responsibility for delays caused by the abovelisted or similar causes.
NOTE WELL: it is advisable to have the parcel sent to an address where there will be someone present during work hours.
It is not possible to request a specific delivery time.
• Returning and substituting goods
Our staff will offer you every assistance necessary for the return or substituion of a purchased product. All items purchased from LE DUE TORRI are completely guaranteed in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 2005, n.206.
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it provided it is in the same condition as you received it and we receive t it within 10 work days. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of our receiving the returned product.
If the product return or substitution is the result of our error, we will also pay for ordinary postal charges incurred. For obvious reasons, software and DVD's can only be returned or substituted if the product packaging has not been opened. LE DUE TORRI guarantees to take all reasonable measures to protect customer data and privacy. We only collect data necessary for convenient order processing.
LE DUE TORRI, whose headquarters are in via P.Gobetti 52/3 - 40129 Bologna, Italy P.Iva 04110360379, in its capacity of processing customer data in accordance with art. 7, D. Lgs. 196 / 2003 declares:
1. That data, which is freely provided by customers, will be registered and processed digitally or on paper only as far as it concerns the activities of LE DUE TORRI required to deliver an ordered product or brochures, newletters dedicated to our products by post, courier or email.
2.Such data will be processed directly by LE DUE TORRI, and will not be given to any other party.
3. At anytime and without charge, the data provider can request cancellation, ammendment or updating of such data by informing staff at LE DUE TORRI srl at the abovementioned address.
4. The giving of personal data when ordering is voluntary; however, the supply of data and consent for it to be processed as indicated above is a requirement for the acceptance of an order by LE DUE TORRI. In the event of refusal, a customer order can not be brought to conclusion by LE DUE TORRI.
