ICCF Senior International Master Tim Harding presents another 50 exciting and varied games played by post in the 19th and 20th centuries, or in recent years on the Internet. Each game has an introduction about the players, the circumstances of the game and in most cases detailed opening notes put the early moves into context.

Many of the games are of current theoretical importance and these have more detailed opening surveys, focusing on the contribution of correspondence players to chess theory.
Most of the games have exciting middle-game complications and several have delicate and instructive endgame phases.

The book includes annotations contributed by several grandmasters including the 15th CC World Champion Gert Jan Timmerman. There are wins by Alekhine and Euwe, together with CC world champions Baumbach, Estrin, Hamarat, O’Kelly, Sanakoev, Timmerman and Umansky, plus games by other leading players and amateurs.
